In terms of process control, we deeply understand that extrusion speed and temperature are key factors affecting the microstructure and properties of profiles. By precisely controlling these parameters and combining them with scientific aging treatment, we ensure that the tensile strength of our main products, such as 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles, remains stable within the excellent range of 205-220MPa, significantly higher than the 160MPa required by the national standard (GB/T6892), while the elongation after fracture remains at around 12%. This superior performance enables our products to meet the extremely high requirements for material strength and toughness in applications such as high-rise buildings and construction projects!
