Superior Coating Quality: Utilizing a vertical hanging conveyor system combined with high-voltage electrostatic spraying technology, the powder particles are directionally and uniformly adsorbed onto the profile surface under the influence of an electric field. This ensures uniform coating thickness, consistent color, and perfect coverage on edges and corners, effectively avoiding defects such as sags and orange peel.
High Production Efficiency and Stability: The entire line is automated, enabling continuous operation from loading, pre-treatment, spraying, curing, to unloading. With stable production cycles and the capability for 24/7 uninterrupted operation, it significantly increases output per unit time, perfectly meeting our large-scale production needs with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons.
Excellent Environmental and Energy-Saving Performance: The production line is equipped with an efficient powder recovery system (with a recovery rate of over 95%) and fume treatment devices, greatly reducing material waste and dust emissions. Furthermore, advanced waste heat recovery technology utilizes heat from the curing oven for the pre-treatment stage, significantly lowering overall energy consumption and adhering to green manufacturing principles.

2. Intelligent Spraying Core: The core powder application system employs high-performance automatic electrostatic spray guns. Spraying parameters (voltage, current, powder output) can be precisely programmed and controlled, ensuring highly repeatable and consistent results. For profiles with different cross-sections and lengths (up to 7.5 meters), we can flexibly adjust the spraying program to achieve customized, precise coating.
3. Uniform Curing Guarantee: Features an intelligent temperature-controlled curing oven with stable and uniform internal temperature, ensuring the powder coating fully flows and cures to form a final layer that is strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant. This meets the stringent quality requirements for dozens of color series including BMW colors, electrophoretic, crystal anodizing, and fluorocarbon.
